i live in quite remote area, in seling village, kebumen, Central Java where network signal is not one of it's strength. but it seem that it has changed. i now lived in Pangkalpinang, my work is there. but when i came back to my village in Java i got shocked when i looked at my phone. I usually put my phone in "only 3g/wcdma only" mode. And when i looked at my phone whooa, it's H (hsdpa).

Well, it kind of shame when you have an urgent job and when you try to get in touch your phone says "the Message Can't be Sent". Believe me it will ruin your day. And i share this so then you can face the devil and win. I am using Android Phone, which is in my country people will say it Smartphone. Yeah, that definitely true since adnroid phone is the most hungry spec phone. Problem is, when the phone is outsmart the user.Lol. Back to main problem, my phone is can't sent sms but can receive sms. That kind of lame i think. So i started to tracing the problem and then i found out that the SMS Message Centre is filled with wrong number, How do i know it's wrong? it's because it filed with just "00". I know and i believe that SMS Message Centre is a long number, and definitely not just two number and it is not Fucking Zero. I try to change it, but no change. It will always back to double freaking zero. I guess it might Rom Related, since i used MIUI Jelly Bean on my Galaxy Nexus. Try different Rom, Cyanogenmod 10 Nightly Build and it going worse. I can't even find option to change SMS Message Centre. So i flashed back miui. Googling the problem and i found out interesting stuff. You can acces Phone + Sim card information with Secret Code:

The interesting part is, that the secret code is work global not OEM related. As you might know every OEM like SAmsung, Sony, etc have their secret code to acces secret stuff. So i dial *#*#4636#*#* and i hit the refresh button on SMSC box and it display 00. Try to change to 628100000 ( Telkomsel) and no luck. It says update failed. Googling again and found out it need to converted to PDU Format. OK try using PDU converter in some site (sorry, i forgot the link but you can google it anyway). The result is the same, try put + in front of converted number and still error update SMSC. I started feeling desperate. And then it comes. I see my old Nokia 6120 C lying down in top of a book. Take ot my sim and Put it in 6120 C. Change to put in the right number on SMS Message Centre. Put it back to my galaxy nexus. With Full of confident i texted sample. And Voilla !!! it didn'd work. I almost try to throw my phone, and then i realize something. I put my sim card back to 6120 C, then this time i change the SMS Configuration. And this time i renamed the title used there. I Change from "Pusat Pesan SMS" to Message Centre (Note, i am indonesian and my Provider is also Indonesian and so my simcard too). This time it succed, yeahh fucking Succed. Hope it might help some of you guys. i'l post some screenies later since now i am in the office dealing with another problem.
